Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through exceptional service and product knowledge. You will educate, inform, and inspire customers while collaborating with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience using omnichannel approaches.

You’ll consistently treat colleagues and customers with respect, promote loyalty programs, drive sales, and maintain a neat workspace. Flexible scheduling, including holidays and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service provider on and off the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and deliver excellent service to build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about products and loyalty programs.
• Drive sales using suggestive selling across omnichannel channels.
• Enhance the customer experience with all available omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals aligned with store targets.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently and accurately.
