Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You’ll engage with shoppers, educate them on products, and deliver a best-in-class experience across in-store and online channels.

Collaborating with leadership, you’ll meet personal and store goals while maintaining a tidy, welcoming sales floor and leveraging loyalty programs to drive repeat visits.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Educate customers about our loyalty programs.
• Enhance customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
