Job summary

Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for our customers, delivering excellent service and educating on products. You will work with leadership to provide an omni-channel customer experience and drive loyalty.

You are a good communicator, customer-focused, with retail enthusiasm, and a flexible schedule. You’ll support sales floors, fitting rooms, and back-of-house operations while upholding a neat, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and employees with respect to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote brand engagement.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling and omni-channel tools.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house operations as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and potential issues professionally and courteously.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
