Apple Retail seeks a Specialist to build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You’ll deliver a customer service experience unlike any other, asking questions to learn customer needs and customize recommendations to enrich lives.

You’ll stay informed on Apple products, services, and purchase options while supporting peers and sharing knowledge. This role emphasizes inclusion, accuracy, and a helpful team culture across the store.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in retail stores.
• Knowledge of Apple products and services.
• Personalize solutions based on customer needs and communicate them effectively.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to understand customer needs, identify ownership opportunities, present products and educate on purchasing options.
• Stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and sales processes.
• Support peers by sharing knowledge and assisting in offering ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance.
• Perform other tasks including customer service across the store.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.
