Job summary

Urban Outfitters is hiring a Key Holder at our Madison store to help supervise daily operations and drive sales through authentic customer connections. You’ll partner with store leadership to maintain brand standards, coach team members, and deliver a seamless shopping experience across in-store and curbside pickup.

You’ll lead with energy, model exceptional service, and communicate daily goals while supporting opening and closing duties, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting company values.
• Leads by example with exceptional customer service.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience (MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pickup).
• Active floor service leadership, communicates daily sales goals and metrics.
• Teaches product knowledge and brand messaging to the team.
• Supports shipment processing, restocking and product placement.
• Upholds safety, inventory accuracy and store policy.
