Job summary

Urban Outfitters is seeking a Key Holder at our Lawrence, KS store. You will supervise daily store operations, deliver energetic service, and drive sales through strong customer connections.

You’ll represent the Urban Outfitters brand, mentor teammates, and support omni-channel experiences including MPOS, POS, and curbside pickup. You will participate in opening/closing tasks, uphold visual standards, and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications
