Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Lawrence, Kansas invites experienced individuals to join as Key Holder. You will support store operations, deliver exceptional service, and help drive sales through genuine customer connections.

You will lead by example, mentor teammates, manage opening/closing procedures, and ensure omni-channel orders are fulfilled while maintaining the brand's visual and display standards.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: Acts as a brand representative reflective of company values.
• Brand Experience: Leads by example in a service culture to cultivate genuine customer connections.
• Brand Experience: Delivers an omni channel shopping experience via MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pick Up.
• Leadership + Team Management: Participates as floor service leader, communicates daily sales goals and metrics.
• Leadership + Team Management: Teaches product knowledge and brand messaging to the team.
• Leadership + Team Management: Exercises decision-making and multitasking while prioritizing service.
• Visual + Business Operations: Supports opening/closing procedures and operational tasks.
• Visual + Business Operations: Manages shipment processing, restocking and product placement.
• Visual + Business Operations: Maintains safety, inventory accuracy and policy adherence.
• Communication + Relationships: Fosters an inclusive environment and supports onboarding.
