Bath & Body Works, Inc. is seeking a Brand Experience Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through in-store execution and leadership of the team. You will act as a leader on duty, mentor associates, and ensure customer experiences reflect our values, product knowledge, and store standards.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth and participation in benefits and rewards programs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to coach and motivate team members in real time.

Responsabilidades

• Support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks.
• Act as a leader on duty to address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership to improve performance and customer service.
• Lead in-store experiences through product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Guide daily goals, open/close routines, and ensure safety and adherence to policies.
