Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a retail setting.
• Ability to coach and mentor associates in real time.
• Strong communication with customers and teammates.
• Demonstrates selling skills and product knowledge.
• Able to work peak days including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Brand Experience Leader on duty when scheduled; address consumer experience and maintenance issues.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead in-store consumer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and uphold store policies and strategies.
• Set daily goals and direct the team when shifts begin.
• Perform opening/closing routines incl. bank deposits and shipments.
• Engage customers with needs, demos, and personalized recommendations.
• Drive enrollment and engagement in rewards programs.
• Support floorset changes, visual presentation and marketing placements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and store standards; lift up to 50 lbs.
