Bath & Body Works, Inc. is seeking a Brand Experience Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store tasks. Store leaders are frontline members of the field leadership team, focused on consumer experiences and brand ambassadorship.

You will lead on-duty activities, coach associates, and ensure product knowledge aligns with store strategies, while meeting daily goals and maintaining safety standards. The role includes evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead as Brand Experience Leader on duty when scheduled to address consumer experiences, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to leadership.
• Lead in-store experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive.
• Perform opening and closing routines including deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Create genuine connections with consumers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on sales floor and checkout.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Meet physical demands; lift up to 50 lbs.
