Bath & Body Works is seeking a Brand Experience Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective store and operational execution. Leaders are responsible for driving consumer-centric experiences and acting as a frontline leadership presence in busy retail environments.

You will lead by example, develop teams, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge. This role may require evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Act as leader on duty to address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead in-store consumer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directives.
• Create genuine connections with consumers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demos, and personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both sales floor and at check-out.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• All store positions require physical activity; lift up to 50 pounds.
