Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Brand Experience Key Holder to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead as on-duty leadership, coach associates, and ensure store operations run smoothly while maintaining strong product knowledge and brand alignment.

You will guide daily goals, support opening/closing tasks, and actively engage customers with personalized recommendations and rewards enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on duty to address consumer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and coaching to leadership.
• Drive in-store consumer experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift with the team.
• Perform opening and closing routines including cash handling and stock/shipment tasks.
• Create connections with customers and promote rewards program enrollment.
• Support floorset, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
