Responsabilidades

• Act as Brand Experience Leader on duty; address consumer experience, vendor, or maintenance issues.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead in-store experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and store policies to customers.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team/shift.
• Open and close routines, including banking deposits and shipments.
