• Lead on-duty responsibilities and address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide performance feedback to leadership.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences through selling behaviours and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, policies, and store strategy.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including bank deposits and shipments.
