Responsibilities

• Lead tasks as delegated by Brand Experience Leader; act as leader on duty when scheduled.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to leadership.
• Drive in-store consumer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Display strong knowledge of products, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team as shifts begin.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Build genuine connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Assist with floorset, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
