Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Brand Experience Key Holder in the United States. You will support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks, acting as a leader on duty when scheduled, and enhancing consumer experiences with strong product knowledge.

The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and flexibility to cover peak times, with emphasis on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Act as leader on duty and handle consumer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
Provide performance feedback and guidance to leadership.
Lead in-store experiences with selling behaviors and product knowledge.
Display knowledge of product, policies and store strategies.
Set daily shift directions and goals for the team.
Run opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and disseminate directives.
Create genuine connections with consumers and personalize recommendations.
