Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects company values; partners with store leadership on creating an engaging customer experience.
• Creates selling initiatives to enhance the customer experience; empowers the team to drive sales via personalized service, styling, and recommendations.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience through understanding and use of systems and applications.
• Acts as an elevated team member, prioritizing service over tasks and multitasking effectively.
• Participates in managing the store environment, energizing pace, and driving sales.
• Teaches and shares product knowledge and brand messaging to deliver exceptional customer interactions.
• Supports store management in daily office procedures and operations.
• Collaborates with partners to execute shipment processing, restocking, and product placement while upholding visual standards and timely omni-channel orders.
• Maintains safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduces product loss, and enforces company policy.
• Fosters an inclusive, people-first culture; engages employees and communicates openly.
• Keeps leadership informed and participates in daily meetings and briefings.
• Shows initiative in developing new skills and responds well to feedback.
• Guides and develops Stylist team and plans for career progression.
