• Leads by example to maintain a service culture and use feedback to improve interactions.
• Delivers omni-channel shopping through MPOS, POS, In-Store & Curbside Pick Up.
• Leadership + Team Management: energize the pace, communicate goals, and mentor colleagues.
• Takes initiative to share product knowledge and brand messaging with the team.
• Visual + Business Operations: support opening/closing tasks and restock while maintaining displays.
• Ensure accurate omni-channel order processing and uphold store policies.
• Communication + Relationships: foster inclusive environment and onboard new hires.
• Seek feedback, develop skills, and contribute to store initiatives and brand focus.
