Schedules vary with a requirement for weekend availability; peak periods may increase hours to meet business needs while maintaining brand standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; leading groups is a plus.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Take initiative, show adaptability and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
