Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part‑Time Key Lead to supervise floor operations and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You will drive store performance through exceptional customer service and daily sales achievement.

You will open/close routines, operate POS, fulfill omni‑channel orders, build visuals, and analyze reports to guide decisions while upholding brand standards and company values. Strong communication and fashion knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
