Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise on the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and help drive store performance through exceptional customer experience. Expect weekly hours of 12–16 with weekend and holiday availability to support peak times.

You will open/close the store, operate POS systems, fulfill Omni-Channel orders, and maintain brand displays while coaching teammates to meet daily sales goals and uphold company values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Leadership not required; leading teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
