Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and build brand awareness.
• Create and maintain visual displays to drive sales.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions and protect store assets.
