Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise the floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive on-floor performance. The role emphasizes customer experience, sales execution, and brand standards in a dynamic store environment.

Schedule varies weekly with 12-16 hours per week, requiring weekend availability and some holidays. This is a part-time position within our store leadership team.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred; supervisory/leadership experience not required but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
