Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-time Key Lead to supervise the sales floor and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You will support opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni orders, and drive sales through product knowledge and brand awareness.

The role emphasizes customer focus, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to lead teams while maintaining visual displays and brand standards. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Retail experience of 1 year is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required, leadership experience is a plus.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and provide excellent service.
• Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
