Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience. You will drive sales, coach teams, and maintain store operations on the floor as part of the leadership team.

The role requires strong customer focus, excellent communication, and the ability to lead by example. Expect variable weekly hours (12–16) with weekend availability and peak-time coverage.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive; take initiative and show confidence.
• Master adaptability and flexibility; balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Engage in proactive thinking and exhibit a strong work ethic.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
