Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-Time Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience and guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the floor. You will be part of the store leadership team, driving performance through customer engagement and daily sales objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing routines on the sales floor.
• Operate Register and support omni-channel orders.
• Drive sales through product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain visual displays on the floor.
• Coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates to meet daily goals.
• Protect store assets and support inventory control.
