Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting company values and delivers extraordinary service to cultivate genuine customer connections.
• Leads by example to uphold a service culture and uses customer feedback to improve interactions.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel shopping experience through MPOS, POS, and In-Store & Curbside Pick Up.
• Participates as floor service leader, communicates daily sales goals and metrics, and supports team priorities.
• Teaches product knowledge and brand messaging to deliver exceptional customer interactions.
• Assists in opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks and projects.
• Collaborates with partners to process shipments, restock, and maintain visual/display standards; ensures omni-channel orders are timely.
• Ensures store safety, inventory accuracy, and adherence to policies to support profitability.
• Fosters an inclusive environment, supports onboarding of new hires, and provides feedback to leadership.
