Urban Outfitters is hiring a Key Holder to support store management in daily operations and create a fun, energetic atmosphere that drives sales through genuine customer connections.

You will lead by example, uphold exceptional service, and guide the team to deliver an omni-channel shopping experience with MPOS, POS, and curbside pickup. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflective of company values.
• Leads by example in upholding a service culture to cultivate genuine customer connections and improve interactions.
• Delivers a seamless, omni channel shopping experience using MPOS, POS, in-store and curbside pickup.
• Acts as floor service leader by driving sales goals and key metrics while maintaining zone and floor needs.
• Shares product knowledge and brand messaging to the team and fosters strong customer interactions.
• Prioritizes service over tasks and exercises decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Supports opening/closing procedures and daily operational tasks.
• Coordinates shipment processing, restocking and product placement to maintain visual standards.
• Upholds safety standards and inventory accuracy to reduce loss.
• Supports onboarding of new hires and participates in team meetings and initiatives.
