Responsibilities include coaching, product knowledge, and managing daily shift activities. The role emphasizes safety, policy adherence, and strong connection with customers to drive rewards program participation.

• Lead as acting Brand Experience Leader on duty when scheduled.
• Provide feedback to leadership on performance.
• Drive in-store consumer experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Maintain knowledge of product, store policies, and strategies.
• Set daily direction for the team and manage opening/closing tasks.
• Engage customers with personalized recommendations and product demos.
• Drive enrollment and engagement in rewards programs.
