Responsibilities

• Lead on duty when scheduled to address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead in-store experiences through demonstrating selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
