Bath & Body Works seeks a Brand Experience Key Holder to support achieving sales plans through strong store leadership and customer-focused execution. You will lead on-duty tasks, coach associates, and ensure a safe, engaging shopping environment.

You will drive product knowledge, execute store strategies, and help connect customers with personalized recommendations while supporting daily operations and rewards program enrollment.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Lead and perform executive on-duty tasks as directed by Brand Experience Leader.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership for team performance.
• Deliver exceptional in-store consumer experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Display product knowledge, company policies, and store strategies to customers.
• Set direction for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Execute opening/closing routines, process deposits, and handle shipments.
• Create connections with consumers through uncovering needs, sharing product info, demos, and personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on sales floor and at checkout.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies and standards.
