The role requires 2+ years in customer service or related fields, a high school diploma, and willingness to work flexible hours, with some travel as needed. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, automotive, field marketing, sales, education or hospitality preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to work nights, weekends or holidays; travel may be required.
• Experience with POS and CRM software and Google Workspace is preferred.
