Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking a Product Guide III at our Dallas, TX location to connect with the community through memorable experiences. You will lead interactions from initial contact to vehicle delivery, delivering delight and ensuring brand loyalty.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or related fields, with strong product knowledge, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, automotive, field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and 21+ to operate Rivian vehicles.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, engage, and educate customers with a positive, inclusive experience.
• Achieve KPIs: leads captured, lead capture rate, lead-to-drive rate, orders influenced, and NPS results.
• Demonstrate brand and product expertise; stay updated on trained materials.
• Support events, demo drives, and customer deliveries with a premium presentation.
• Maintain POS and CRM systems to generate leads and enhance experience.
• Uphold retail and vehicle presentation standards at all times.
