Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, delivering exceptional service and educating shoppers about products to inspire wardrobe choices. You’ll collaborate with leadership to provide a best-in-class, omni-channel experience.

You'll engage customers on the sales floor, support loyalty programs, and help maintain a clean, organized store while meeting personal and store goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Comfort with using technology tools and POS systems.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
