Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through exceptional service and product knowledge. You will educate, inform, and inspire customers, using an omni-channel approach to create a seamless shopping experience.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet store goals, promote loyalty programs, and support sales floor operations while maintaining a neat, organized workspace and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Retail experience in apparel preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Comfort with using omnichannel sales tools.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
