Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 21+ years old and valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with laptops/computers and modern software suites.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for owners from appointment to vehicle handover.
• Translate technician information into clear owner communications.
• Proactively update owners on vehicle status and timelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production for service visit alignment.
• Prepare clear estimates and invoices for owners.
