Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for owners and manage the service experience from appointment to handover.
• Document owner concerns in the repair order and set clear expectations.
• Translate technician information into simple language for owners and explain estimates clearly.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production to align service visit activities.
• Maintain records of customer communications and repairs to meet performance metrics.
