Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 40-hour work week; weekends/holidays possible.
• Proficient with laptops and modern software suites.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for owners throughout the service experience.
• Document owner concerns in repair orders and set expectations for visits.
• Translate technician notes into clear, owner-friendly explanations.
• Provide updates on vehicle status and timelines.
• Coordinate with Parts and Production to align service activities.
• Explain estimates and invoices with clarity.
• Maintain records of all customer communications and repairs.
• Uphold Rivian's hospitality, presentation, and process standards.
