Macy's is seeking an Ambassador to drive sales by connecting with customers and sharing product knowledge. You will upsell and cultivate a repeat clientele as the expert for designated brands, collaborating with the leadership team and vendor community to execute merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year previous selling or retail experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to upsell.

Responsabilités

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by prioritizing the customer.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership.
• Keep sales floor neat, signed for sales and markdowns.
• Plan and lead vendor-sponsored events to drive sales and participate in local marketing.
