You will cultivate repeat clientele and act as the expert for the represented brands, communicating customer needs to leadership and vendors, and executing strategic merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year selling or retail experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by prioritizing the customer.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, stylists, and store leadership.
• Keep sales floor neat, signed, and merchandised for sales and markdowns.
• Create and implement best practices to drive sales and gross margin.
• Build brand-specific clientele to support local marketing.
• Execute vendor and non-vendor events to increase sales.
• Lead customer-facing vendor sponsored events in partnership with vendors.
• Be proficient in Macy's POS systems and devices to complete sales.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect among colleagues and customers.
