Job summary

Macy's is hiring an Ambassador to drive sales by connecting with customers and sharing vendor product knowledge. You will upsell, build a loyal clientele, and work with stylists, vendors, and leadership to execute merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year selling or retail experience required.
• Ability to build relationships and convert customers into clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience with the customer as priority.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership.
• Maintain neat, signed sales floor for sales and markdowns.
• Create and implement best practices to drive sales and gross margin.
• Build brand-specific clientele to support local marketing.
• Execute vendor and non-vendor events to increase sales.
• Lead customer-facing vendor events in partnership with vendor community.
