Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is undergoing a marketing transformation and seeks a Manager of Communications Strategy & Activation who will elevate brand storytelling and drive integrated activations for assigned brands.

You will lead end-to-end creative development, collaborate with Brand teams and agencies, and set strategy across channels while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and measurement of KPIs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in agency and/or brand roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• CPG experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day communications strategy, creative development, agency collaboration, and activation planning for assigned brands.
• Partner with Brand teams, Consumer Insights, and agencies to ensure consistency of storytelling across channels.
• Develop and implement integrated communications plans with budget guidance and KPI measurement.
• Coach teams on branding standards and best practices across multiple brands.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets.
• Manage agency relationships and governance to optimize outputs and collaboration.
