Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’re an expert in product knowledge, educating, informing, and inspiring shoppers, and you will work with leadership to deliver a best-in-class omni-channel experience.

You will engage customers to drive sales, promote loyalty programs, and assist across the sales floor, fitting room, and registers while maintaining a neat, inviting store environment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication and listening abilities to understand and meet customer needs.
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with leadership to deliver an omni-channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to educate, inform and inspire product choices.
• Drive sales and loyalty by promoting programs and using suggestive selling.
• Support store operations across sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back-of-house.
