Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers through exceptional service and product knowledge. You will educate, inform and wardrobe customers while collaborating with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience using omnichannel approaches.

You are a strong communicator with a passion for retail, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, and flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and omnichannel offerings.
• Promote a positive work environment and respect for all customers and colleagues.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house areas as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and issues courteously and professionally.
