Job summary

Old Navy is hiring a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and provide excellent service that drives loyalty. You will educate customers about products, features, and our loyalty program, and collaborate with leadership to deliver an omni-channel shopping experience with a focus on meeting store goals.

You will engage customers, assist on the sales floor, and support operations with a flexible schedule, including peak times and weekends.

Qualifications

• Good communicator with the ability to interact with customers and team to meet goals.
• Customer-focused service provider on and off the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Passionate about retail and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver with focus on continuous improvement, open to feedback and action.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
