Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Consistently engage with customers to understand needs and provide product information.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and omni-channel shopping options.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and attentive service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor and fitting room area.
• Support cash wrap, stockroom, and back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Handle customer interactions and returns with courtesy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class store experience.
• Contribute to achieving store goals and personal performance targets.
