Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will educate, inform, and wardrobe customers, delivering a best-in-class experience through collaboration with leadership and an omni-channel approach.

You’ll engage shoppers, promote loyalty, and support store operations while maintaining a welcoming environment. Ideal candidates are service-minded, thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, and are flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using omnichannel offerings.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house as needed.
