Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will deliver exceptional service, educate customers about products, and guide them through omnichannel options to create a seamless shopping experience.

You will work with leadership to meet personal and store goals, support sales floor operations, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment while upholding the brand’s standards.

Qualifications

• Be a customer-focused service provider, both on and off the sales floor, to help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members to meet goals.
• Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver who learns quickly and acts on feedback.
• Be at least 16 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to drive sales and loyalty through education about products and services.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build brand loyalty and a positive store atmosphere.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping experiences and promotions across channels.
• Contribute to achieving store goals by meeting personal performance targets.
• Support all store operations including sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house.
