Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You will engage with shoppers, educate them on products, loyalty programs and omni-channel options to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

As a Brand Associate, you’ll work with the leadership team to meet store goals, support all areas of the sales floor, and maintain a welcoming environment with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing service experience is a plus.
• Ability to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe customers.
• Comfort with using omni-channel tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, overnights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and moving around the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to deliver excellent service and build brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and promotions.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Support store operations across sales floor, fitting room and cash wrap.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues.
