Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver excellent service, educate shoppers about products, and collaborate with leadership to create a best-in-class, omni-channel experience.

You will engage with customers on the sales floor and through loyalty programs, participate in store operations, maintain a neat workspace, and contribute to a fast-paced, friendly team. Flexible shifts include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Good communicator able to interact with customers and team to meet goals.
• Customer-focused service provider on and off the sales floor.
• Passionate about retail and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement and feedback.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Consistently treat customers and colleagues with respect and contribute to a positive environment.
• Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Engage with customers to drive sales using suggestive selling.
• Enhance experience with omni-channel offerings.
• Be accountable to personal goals contributing to store results.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
